Super cozy. Havent used them on hill but I have the shirt and its great. Recommend sizing down if you like a skin tight fit for baselayers. 6'2" and 190 lbs and 34 in waist and I wear a medium in these for a fit that isnt loose. Fabric stretches a lot so it's not constricting.
