Runs small and shallow
Way too small. I wear a 10 in shoe size. This shoe was long enough but it was too shallow and tight on the top of my foot. This is designed for a skinny size 10 not the average size 10. I'm not sure how the average woman is supposed to wear these with thick socks and expect them to for. Really too bad. I needed these last minute

A very nice surprise in a "snow boot".
I bought these boots to wear outside, but have taken to wearing them inside at work too and I am on my feet all day. They are heavy, but the chunkiness is cute.
Outside, they offer decent traction on ice and warmth in cold weather. I don't really know how to explain it, but they have a firm but cushy footbed making them very comfortable.

Not warm enough
These are beautiful boot and they aren't warm enough. My toes freeze in these in Minneapolis and Ann Arbor winters.

Not for high arch
Beautiful boot and feel warm (although not tired) but for those who have high arches, the top of the boot (below the laces) will push down on the top of your foot. Likely would restrict blood flow and make your feet cold. Perhaps larger size would help.

Beautiful boot?too tight
First of all, I DO like these boots. The quality is excellent! Not a missed or messy stitch. They are very nice! Here's my gripe: the boots will require a breaking in period! I was not expecting the heel to be so stiff. They are also tight across the top of the my foot. I normally wear an 8.5 or 9. When purchasing boots I ALWAYS size up to accommodate room for thicker socks. I honestly think sizing up to 9.5 would have been wiser!

Most Comfortable
I had a trip to Germany in Nov/Dec. Ordered these boots but had no time to break them in as temperatures in Arizona had been so hot. These boots were amazing from day one. I was on a 10 day trip with walking tours everyday. Not one time did I have complaints about my feet or back. Highly impressed with these boots.

Don't even hesitate.
Got these for a trip to Breck and they did.not disappoint. My feet were warm and cozy. They were so comfortable straight out of the box. The traction is top notch. I walked on ice covered hills and didn't slip once. Highly recommend.
