Bought last years model - alpennglow IV and after one winter of wear the heels have holes in them that go right through the sole making the useless for snow or wet weather. Disappointed in the poor quality at this price.

The person who created these shoes should be fired. I paid over 100 dollarsfr those shoes, but every time my kids wore them, his feet were soaked. At first, I thought it was because the top material wasn't waterproof, as claimed. However, today I discovered that the soles are worn out, and there are holes on both sides of the heel. These shoes have completely worn out in just three months, which is unacceptable. My child has had many other shoes that have lasted for two seasons and were still ok, such as the Reima brand. These North Face shoes are robbery. I regret buying them and will never purchase from North Face again.

They are not waterproof at all or defective! After every wear, my son's feet are fully soaked. the worst shoes he has ever had. It has been two months after purchase.

These are the worst boots, waste of money. I bought a size 10 which is what his feet should be. If you take the insoles out, they fit his feet perfectly. They are so hard for him to get on. You have to hold the boot and he has to angle his foot just right to not catch the liner and get his foot in. His teacher asked us to send him with different boots to school because they were causing such an issue. My kid has really narrow feet and they are still an issue.

MY SON TOOK OFF THESE BOOTS AFTER PLAYING IN WET, HEAVY SNOW AND HIS SOCKS WERE STILL DRY! THAT IS HUGE FOR BUFFALO WEATHER!

Wore these to wear to and from the ski resort, as well as hiking in snowy conditions. Super comfortable and lightweight, waterproof - will wear this for years. For reference, I'm a Women's size 6/36, and bought a Youth size 5, which fit perfectly with my ski socks.

these soaked my sons feet and had him freezing cold after only 30 mins of playing in the snow. im very upset with this purchase.

worst purchase I have made, not waterproof at all. My 5 year old son got sick and if he was any younger he wouldn't have been able to tell me his feet were cold. They were completely soaked and needed to be ringed out. Im highly upset with this purchase. He now has a cold and im sure its due to these boots having pools of freezing cold water in them after 30 mins in the snow, they are NOT waterproof.

Awesome quality snow boots. We buy these for our kids every 2 or 3 years or when they get to small..

We buy these boots every winter for our daughter. They keep her feet warm, are comfortable, and look great! They hold up really well. We buy them each year because her feet keep growing so quickly! My only critique is that the laces seem way too long and it would be helpful to have shorter laces.
