1 Week old Rambler leaks at the thread and under the chug cap. One day i had half of the contents in my backpack.

The contact with YETI Europe Customer Center is absolutely bad.
No Answer, no interest, nothing.

I do not recommend this product or Yeti Europe!

Best color ever! Short of bringing back the larger chug this size fits the bill.

Love my new 36oz rambler keeps the ice all day in a hot workshop. I did read your unsolicited product idea policy but I don't want anything other than to contribute to the ultimate hydration community. My one issue with the product is the ice will block up the chug cap so I cut a piece of 316 mesh and fitted it to the underside of the chug cap. Works a treat. Love the product

Overall great bottle, but cap seems to be designed to break.
The two part cap Is made out of one translucent Lexan type material, which is extremely sturdy, hard, and with a high measure of toughness (that's an actual material science term). The second part of the cap Is made out of a much softer kind of black polymer with a large handle, but a very small thread. With time, the black part of the cap Seems to undergo what's called creep deformation, which is the result of prolonged stress over a long period of time. In this case, it's about 2 to 4 months. As you screw the cap on, it will slowly screw down further and further, until you eventually strip the threads all together. When you couple that with a very large handle, in comparison to the size of the thread, the amount of torque that you apply to the cap Is far greater than the thread can take. This is not caused by misalignment or user error, this is what's called planned obsolescence. The cap is designed to eventually fail, so you would buy another one and another one every few months. I hope yeti decides to actually change the design, bottle caps are really not new technology, we know how to make them last a very long time.
By the way, if you store soda or hot coffee or tea, deformation will be accelerated.
Yeti, it's time to send everyone a new redesigned cap for free. That would be the decent thing to do.

I have the chug cap and it?s awesome. I take it with me to school and when I go hiking. I recently got into a car crash and the front of my car is gone, my radius and ulna are also broken at the wrist... but you know what isn?t broken, dented, or even scratched? This yeti!
Everything in my car flew forward and when my family gathered everything from the shop I was sure my mug would be dented too but no! It was perfectly fine and looked like new. Love yeti and how durable everything is!

I have been a diehard user and advocate of Yeti products over the years. But as of late i have been increasingly disappointed over the quality of their products and their customer service. I?ve contacted Yeti multiple times for warranty issues with no response and the ramblers are not as consistent with keeping my liquids as cold as they traditionally have. I?m not sure what?s been going on lately but it ain?t the same yeti anymore.

Just got 36oz with chug cap yesterday. Fill with ice and normal water, the sweat is out around the top. Is it defect?

I enjoy this water bottle but my cap has broke twice now. I have the screw on chug cap and the grooves have now corroded twice. I love the bottle because it stays cold but im disappointed in the fact it's broke twice. I've had this since April.
