HOW TO USE

I recommend!
Love these gloves. They make skiing a lot more fun in the cold and the battery holds easily for one day. The only reason I took a star is that the M is quite small for my hands and I can normally fit into a Medium easily. They are snug, but not too tight though.

Wanted to love
I bought these gloves for skiing. They run small but the size chart recommended size was perfect for my hands. My issue was with the cuff. I don?t mind the battery going in the cuff. But the opening size of the cuff was too narrow to go over my ski jacket and too bulky to go under my ski jacket, even though there is a Velcro opening on my jacket wrist. Since am a petite 5?1? person, the length of the cuff was so long - longer than my current $200 ski gloves - to not go in or under my jacket sleeve. If only the glove dimensions were provided!! I could have saved myself the cost to return it.

Does not generate enough heat in cold climates
I bought these to help me stay warm during winter days but I can barely feel the heat on the highest setting when wearing outside in 50 degree temperatures or below.

defective battery
bought a pair of the glove 2 0r more months ago one has a defective battery cant seen to get any answer from you on how to get a replacement unit therefore I would not refer this produce to my friends

Awful!
My hands are always cold and I love to walk outside in the winter. After getting my second pair after exchanging the first.. The one battery in the second pair did not hold a charge. Bought another battery and it worked. No instructions in the box. Finally figured it out on my own. Went for a walk this morning and it is only 36 degrees outside. Had to put a disposable hand warmer inside as my index fingers and thumbs were cold to the bone. I was so hoping this would be the answer. Definitely not the product for cold weather!!
