Size up! Very small.
I used the size chart to measure my hands and bought the medium. I also have an old pair of etip gloves in a medium. This pair was much too small for my hands. I looked at my old gloves and realized they are a unisex medium not a women's medium. I love the product but it's impossible to size new ones with the size chart.

Not warm!
I am really disappointed about these gloves. They are not warm at all!
I have small hands and was so excited about these gloves cause the XS one fits perfectly. They are flexible and comfortable. Etip works great. But they are definitely not warm. I wore them for a 10 min walk and my fingers were freezing and red all over. And it was only 28 F. Definitely not worth the money.

Size up?
I read the reviews saying the sizing was off, but assumed a medium would be good enough for my ... average hands. They fit in in terms of width of my hand, but either these gloves are built for shorter fingers or my fingers are a heck of a lot longer and more elegant than I ever thought. The seam of the bottom of the glove hits maaaaybe right at the base of my palm - it would be nice if it were a centimeter longer. The fingers of the glove are about 0.5cm too short. Can't speak to the rest of the glove ... they seem warm-ish for what they are. Hopefully they're semi-waterproof so I can brush snow off the door of my car.
If you look at your hands and think "oh, these are average, ordinary things," then get a large.

NOT WARM!!!
If I could I would give this product zero stars. The only thing good about these gloves is that they work with my iPhone. They are not warm AT ALL. my fingers freeze and then swell with painful tingling after wearing these in cold weather. DO NOT BUY!! Extremely disappointed that TNF would manufacture and sell such a subpar product.

Useless for keeping your hands warm.
I bought these gloves at a friend's recommendation because I needed finger dexterity while wearing gloves when training my dog outside. I also needed them to keep my hands warm in temperatures 20 degrees F or much lower. These gloves do not keep my hands warm at all. I may as well be going bare-handed for all the protection they give me. They don't even keep my hands warm when I wear them as driving gloves. They might work as a liner in a warmer glove or mitt, but I wouldn't pay $45 for a liner. I resent paying $45 for a glove that doesn't do the job.

I really love this product.
I walk to bus stop every day. And walk to work when I get off. I live downtown, so I prefer to walk to most of the places. And these gloves are so perfect. Not baggy fits well to your hands and can use mobile with no trouble.

I wish I didn't pay for these gloves at all!
These gloves didn't keep hands warm at all! I had to take them off for my hands to even warm up! It's like they made your hands colder by putting them on! Don't know why or how. This is the one item from The Northface that I've been disappointed in. So sad.

Nice Gloves
I used these on a walk with my dog and they are warm and I like how thin they are and easy to grip things. But they very very small! I can barely get them on and I have pretty average size hands, I ordered a small and I will be buying a large next.

NOT WARM AT ALL!
I wish I would have read reviews prior to buying these in store--and removing the tags! I can't believe how ineffective these gloves are at doing their one and only job--keeping my hands warm. By Minnesota standards, a 17 degree day in January is pretty mild, and yet my hands felt like I was out there in below zero temperatures without any gloves at all. North Face, please don't indicate on your tag that these are good in "very cold" temperatures. These are clearly not suitable for anything below freezing.
Have an older pair that I love but have become worn down
My daughter in law has them and I loved them
