Why did you choose this?

My wife has had great success with Rossignol in the past.

Correct size

I researched skiis and talked to some experts. I wanted beginner /intermediate skiis and a short turn radius and these fit the bill. The reviews have also been positive for this ski and the brand is well-known

These are a step up from the entry level Exp 76 skis but still easy to control and not overly performance oriented for the experienced but not aggressive skier.
