Grandson likes the collapsing feature
My 12 y.o. grandson finds being able to collapse the poles very useful when carpooling with friends. He is very disappointed in the paint quality because it easily chips off. He does not use the hand grips because of the large size and difficulty of use. Thus, he has problems dropping the poles because the tips get stuck. By the way, they do not appear to have a carbon shaft. You should take that off of the description.

Description is misleading. Quick Shipping
Poles appear to be well made but online description says carbon shaft in one portion and aluminum in the other. These poles have aluminum shafts and are a bit expensive for that. My daughter loves the color so we are keeping them.

Great for the price but not junior-specific
These came at the right time for a great price. The length adjustment works fine, Though the Junior specific features are actually lacking: Grip shape ist still very large for an 11-year old, finger molds are for adults. The straps proved difficult to get through with gloves and had to get a rubber band to prevent slipping.
