Great shoes. Great deal

For the money this shoe is a steal! I like them so much I might buy the last pair! They are very light weight but very supportive. They are great in everything except loose rock. The soles grip excellent but don't have the heavier hiking boot base. The bad...Tecnica has stopped making shoes under their name. Headquarter in Italy, they make a few other brands as well like Lowa. I prefer the simple look of the Tecnica and the excellent materials. This model runs one size small.

These are the best pair of boots I have ever owned. I had recently purchased a pair of these and decided on a second pair. These boots are super comfortable right out of the box. My local store cannot get these due to whoever imports these is no longer going to do it. So I hope that you can carry these boots.

Great boot, very comfortable, waterproof, lightweight. So far I made a great purchase. Too early to see how they hold up but so far so good.

These are awesome boots and exactly what I've been looking for. I'm a hiker in Colorado and typically wear trail runners for the light weight, comfort, and flexibility of the shoe but I have been getting more into mountaineering and have needed a little more protection from snow, ankle protection from loose rock, and some side grip for slabby sections. In my mind these are a perfect balance of a trail runner, hiking boot, and approach shoe- not the best for any but very capable of all. My first hike in these was capitol peak which had a 7 mile approach, boulder hopping, and class 3,4, and I got caught in a few class 5 moves and they did excellent throughout. Kept them on for all 18 miles car to car.

Will definitely buy these again once these wear outs. Best of all worlds footwear for the mountains. I did have to return my first pair and downsize so may run a little large.
