I got this bike on sale and its a bargain. I compared all the bikes out there in the $2.5k range and this is head and shoulders above the rest and I paid $1k less than those. There are some entry level components like the SRAM NX drivetrain but the new Revelation shock is almost identical to the 2017 Pike and equally capable. The entire setup is just right, its just enough of everything you need. If you were to try and build the closest all rounder MTB then you would be building something very similar to this setup, 150mm suspension is the perfect compromise between XC and DH.
There is only one thing you have to take into consideration with this bike and that is who made this. I love Rossignol ski products, they have served me well but they are brand new to biking and yes they did purchase Felt and get their engineers to help develop their new like of MTBs but getting spares requires contacting them directly and we still dont know if they will succeed as a biking business like Scott was able to do.
If Rossignol continue to build mid level quality bikes and eventually breach into the highend MTB market with easy access to parts then this bike will be the steal of the century.

I went from a hard tail with 26 in. wheels to this bike and I really enjoy the new experience. It is easier to ride the mountain trails here in northern New Mexico. I also really like the look of this bike and it came with pedals when I purchased it. Get it before it’s gone!

Great bike with great components. Comfortable ride and good with all types of terrain, from steep downhill to tricky, rooty, single track.

I have had the bike for a few weeks right now. I am a big guy that rides hard and so far things have held up well. There are definitely lighter bikes on the market, but I wanted something full suspension that was strong and affordable and this has hit the mark. Also the bike shop team at Sun and Ski were incredible even during the middle of the coronavirus. I appreciate all the work they have done for me and how great they have been both in San Antonion where I bought it, and Mike in Austin that helped me get it fit and running perfect. Thank you. I truly appreciate it.

Loves the bike and geometry. Dropper seat post is a plus. Parts in it are great considering the price vs it’s competitors. I recommend this to my friends in cali but it sells quick for a medium size. The only thing when they deliver it to me is the the rear derailleur hanger is bent an hitting the rear spoke. I still have to disassemble and straighten the hanger.
