Hope you listen to your loyal customers?
Gonna let it rip here. I've had every triumph made over the last 6-7 years. In fact, most of them I have purchased at least two pairs. This is the most disappointing release yet. Why do shoe companies keep making shoes narrower and narrower? I've purchased the last few in wide. Did the same with these. It's comical you could label those as wide. Previous endorphins are basically as wide. Stop making shoes narrower, no-one's feet are getting narrower. Also, for people who do wear wide. Give us something better than black, gray, or blue. Plain, plain, and plainer. Come on saucony, do better!

Please bring back wide sizing for the Speed!
I have wide 2E feet, and was able to run comfortably in the normal width in all of the first three versions of the Endorphin Speed. I went through one pair of version 1, two pairs of version 2, and am on my 3rd pair of version 3. I loved them all, and got about 500 miles out of each of my 3's. I was especially grateful that Saucony made a wide option for version 3 -- I bought two of those while I still could, and those were extra-comfortable for me. But I tried version 4 on in a running shoe store, and it does not work for me at all. Version 4 tapers sharply in the forefoot and toe box. Both the forefoot and toe box are very narrow and tight, making version 4 quite uncomfortable for me. A customer service rep at Saucony let me know they are not planning to release version 4 in wide sizing. I'm sure this shoe would be great for someone with narrow feet, but I am very disappointed that I can't run in the new version of my favorite running shoe. Please consider your wide-footed customers, we like to run fast too!

Still a good shoe, but a couple of steps backward
I've run the Endorphin Speed 1, 2, and 3 shoes, each to about 600 miles, and have now put about 150 miles on the Endorphin Speed 4.
I loved the version 1 and 2 shoes (which were very similar), and quite enjoyed the 3 as well. People say the 3 is softer, but what I mostly noticed was a larger heel platform for added stability. While I run neutral shoes, I do think that the v1 and v2 shoes did become a little unstable as they wore down, so the change in the v3 shoes was welcome.
The v4, however, is a step backward from the 3, in my opinion. Lots of publications claim that the v4 is faster and stiffer, and maybe that's true, but I hardly noticed much difference compared to the v3. What I DID notice was the shorter toe box (less height vertically) and the expanded heel design. As a result, I feel pressure on my small/pinky toes from the upper and the shoes overall feel sorta "clunky" to me with the new heel design. The reduced toe space is highly disappointing, since the previous versions of the shoes felt spacious, and of course the clunky feel to the heel makes the shoes feel less fun and comfortable.

In summary, while I loved the Speed 1+2+3, to me the Speed 4 is sorta just average. I could run 5 miles or 20 miles in the previous versions of the shoes and they just disappeared on my feet, while the 4 constantly reminds me that it's there with the toe pressure and awkward sole design.

Amazing cushioning with a 10mm drop
A nice upgrade from the triumph 20 and 21. I've been running in the triumph series for three or four years now, and have gone through probably five or six pairs of the 20. Saw the triumph 22 at my local running store and thought I would take a chance on these. At first sight, the shoe looks very large because of the design of the midsole/outsole, which are much wider at the very base than the triumph 20. This gives the shoe a nice amount of stability without adding any motion control pieces, which I think is a fantastic update.
The cushioning was superb, even more so through the mid foot area, which I noticed immediately. After a few runs, they seemed to soften up even a little more, and I am really just loving everything about them.
One thing I don't like is that the shoe feels very warm. Inspecting it, you would think it would be just as breathable as the others, but it almost feels kind of hot and seems to get more saturated with sweat than my old shoes, so I'm having to leave these outside to air out after every run. Hopefully in the future, they will update the upper material to make these more breathable.
That being said, awesome shoe with amazing cushioning if you need a max cushioned shoe like I do.

Was able to push my PR
"I recently switched to the Endorphin Speed 4, and they have been a game-changer for my running. Before, I used to get tired after just 1 mile, but since I started using these shoes, I've been able to push myself much further, hitting 2.5 miles with ease. The shoes feel incredibly light and responsive, giving me the energy boost I needed to push through and even beat my personal record. The cushioning is perfect, providing great comfort without feeling too bulky. If you're looking for shoes that can take your running to the next level, the Endorphin Speed 4 is definitely worth it!"

Horrible shoes
I bought these a month ago and they're absolutely the worst, cheapest made running shoes I've ever bought. The heel part literally feels like it's made out of styrofoam and I felt completely unbalanced and uncomfortable whenever I wore them. I'm never buying sneakers online again.

Would Not Buy Another Pair
It's very comfortable and light but I am not sure if it is worth the price. The bottom of the shoes is already wearing off and I barely had it for a month.

Very disappointing!

Meh, just outclassed
Alright, just not up to standard. They are firm, even after 30 or so miles, and don't feel very propulsive. Just not what I was looking for as a speed day trainer. Also, a lot of heel slippage going on back there, so not incredible for long runs either. I would take the Brooks Hyperion Max, Asics Magic Speed, Nike Streakfly, and any carbon plated racer over this shoe for the same purpose.
