The liners don't come out anymore because they want us to buy more. I was a loyal customer who bought a pair every year. Now the liners stink after a month and they can't be washed. Enjoy the $$ crocs. I hope it was worth your integrity and your customer base.

You guys canceled my order and never gave me my money back. I've tried to contact you over and over to no avail. I'm highly dissatisfied

While I love these lined Crocs, I would much prefer the old style that had the removable fleece liners you could take out to wash & dry & snap / velcro back in place. I would give those a 5 star rating. Please bring that old style back and also offer replaceable liners as I have 2 pair of that style where I wore holes in the liners.

I had to order twice because I am a women's 11 however when I ordered a women's 11 that is not a true women's 11 that is it true women's 10. So I recommend if you have any doubts about if it's going to fit or not go a size up because I lined up these shoes with every other pair I have in my closet and the women's 12 I just received is a true women's 11.
It was extremely upsetting to not see any reviews stating this as well because it could have saved me an extra week and a half of hassle trying to get a new pair after returning my other ones. And I still don't like having to settle with being labeled a bigger size than what I am when the better solution would be to size your shoes correctly.

I was expecting the comfort of a Croc, but instead these are as hard as a rock with absolutely no cushion and no support. It feels like cheap hard plastic with a polyester fur lining. I don't recommend.

I received these as a gift and couldn't believe how much I loved them. I thought they were better than my Uggs!
Then reality hit. I was wearing them as slippers around the house so no socks. Within weeks the soft lining was crushed and disgusting. I've tried every method of washing. They are destroyed. Expensive price tag for lasting about a month. For warm comfies, I'll stick with Uggs.

Product is ok. I had to call both times cause my shipment got lost by lasership delivery system. Terrible system and packages were very late. I had to call and have them reshipped with UPS. Will never order again as long as they continue to use laser ship.

This product is only good for a week. Don't get it hot , wet , dirty nothing . The liner inside the shoe DO NOT come out, so you can't wash it . If you wear it for a while it become VERY STINKY. The fur is not thick, it's like the glued fur to the shoe. Save your money and time.

Love the crocs. Loved the fuzzy lining!! However, I'm giving these 3 stars. The shoe needs to come with washing instructions because they need to be laundered frequently to combat foot odor.

After one week I threw these in the wash. No surprise the lining came out soggy. Can't put it in dryer. Can't separate lining from shoe -so far as I can see- to improve the drying time. These have been inside our heated laundry room for several days and they are still wet!!

These Crocs aren't as good as hyped up to be. The lining is all flat and matted up after a short time. I don't even wear them daily for the inside to look like that.
