Very good, almost great versatile trail shoe
I purchased these to wear for a few shorter (<26mi) technical trail races this year, looking for a fast, responsive and grippy shoe. I've put about 100mi on them over pretty gnarly terrain - slick mossy boulders, mud, steep inclines, snow and ice - and they have performed very well. I even spent 4hrs bushwhacking in them and my feet never got sore. The tread is excellent, comparable to Salomon sense pro 4, if not better, and the rock plate dampens the impact without being too stiff. They are a truly neutral shoe and felt a little flat on longer road sections.
I usually wear size 7 in road shoes, I sized up to 7.5 to save my toes on the descents and they for perfectly.
The only downside is the nasty blister I keep getting on my heel right at mile 8. I've not had blister problems with any other Saucony so not sure if something is different in the heel counter. Would like to see a slightly tighter upper to reduce the heel slipping.

Awesome shoes
Felt comfortable throughout my two day excursion in Hawaii. Shoes felt narrow at first but stretched out after a couple hours of wear. Color so beautiful.

Peregrine12
All I can say is that I was a "Saucony person" for many years, but my last experience made me to switch to another brand. The shoes look much better in pictures than in reality. They are cheaply made, expensive, and I don't see or understand how they protect your toes on the trails. I was very disappointed with what I've get but also with the fact that I had to pay to send them back. No more Saucony shoes for me!

Excellent model for hard technical trail runs/race
Bought these on recommendations from a friend, proceeded to have one break run before tackling a super technical 50 km ultra.......feet felt great after! The rock plate held up and I couldn't have been happier

Perfect!
Love these shoes?no breaking in required. Wish there was a replica of these shoes with a more durable outer sole for road runs!

Keep feet cool
Lightweight, breathable, comfortable. I use these primarily for walking. On hot days, these keep feet cool due to breathable uppers. The soles feel like a massage with each step. Very flexible.

Back of shoe too high
This a very comfortable shoe but the back is too high and creates pressure and rubbing on my Achilles. The collar seems to be in the right place but counter lining extends too high creating discomfort.

Peregrines - two thumbs up!
I only buy Saucony sneakers, so when I needed a pair trail shoes, I decided to try these. They are great - comfortable, generous toe box with great arch support, solid tread and appropriate rebound. They are not hugely comfortable on pavement, but if you like going off the paved road, I recommend these shoes. Plus? the bright yellow is fantastic!

Solid arch Support bc of the plate
I was ruining a lot in asics and I ran on some gravel and got turf toe and some metatarsal injury and plantar fasciitis in the arch. Anytime I would walk or run on any surface that wasn?t hard and flat, the pain would come back. It is a 9 mos injury. These shoes fit like a glove soo supportive. I wear customs inserts and usually sz up to a 7.5 from a 7 to accommodate them but with these, for the first time ever I had to size up to an 8. My fit are a little narrower than normal width. I walk or run in these. Would definitely buy again. I love this company. So we?ll made & excellent customer service.

Comfortable and Supportive
I have a wide foot and it hugs it really nicely. I use it for light running and hiking (I prefer light shoes over boots to hike).
