Amazing shoes. 5/5 but why do they make 11 colors for the glycerins and only 6 for the GTS version.

2 long runs in and these shoes are so uncomfortable, I could not wait to take them off. I have a huge blister on my heel from the shoe insert. The back of the shoes have too much material that pushes into your ankles and the heels are loose and they move up and down. Lastly, they hurt the bottoms of my feet. My under toe is bruised. These clearly are not the shoe for me. I have worn this model since they were called the trance. I feel like the revisions keep getting worse than better. It's unfortunate as they used to be great shoes. I'm exchanging them this weekend.

I've worn Brooks shoes for years. The Addiction Walkers got me through years of working on concrete floors when I owned a garden center. Retirement brought walking 5 miles a day with an arthritic toe and overpronation issues and I found that the Glycerin GTS 21's were so fabulous that I own 4 pairs! They also took me through a 2 week hiking trip to the UK last summer during a flare up of that toe. So I was very excited when these they came out, but they seem much narrower in the toe box, are uncomfortable, and don't seem to work with my orthotics at all. I've never had Brooks shoes give me blisters before, but these did! Please bring back the 21's - they were so much more comfortable. I really wanted to love these shoes (I Do love the color!) but sadly not the fit, so will be returning. :(

These are the most comfortable brooks shoes. However, why are there only 3 colors and I wouldn't be caught dead in any of them? How about some gray, blue, pinks for the ladies. None of the other shoes match the comfort. Please make more colors and not ones that look lie bowling shoes.

Sorely disappointed runner
I have been a long time levitate runner. When they were discontinued, I was very disappointed but wanted to stick with Brooks. I did a search to see what was similar to the Levitate model and was told that the Glycerin was the replacement. How disappointed was I. They were uncomfortable, made my Achilles hurt, nothing like the levitate. I returned them after one run. Guess I have to branch out to other manufacturers now. I don't know why Brooks always discontinues great shoes.

I am absolutely in love with these shoes! They are so soft but not squishy soft. I also have the Adrenaline 24 gts. I have had Hokas for several years now. I was finding that no matter which one I wore, my foot pain continued to remain. I had worn custom inserts for years for plantar fasciitis. They seem to do really well. Turns out I am now flat-footed, and my arch collapses when I stand. I have tried everything to stop the heel pain and arch pain. I bought these recently, and I can say my foot pain is gone. It was instant relief. I have been able to stand for a long time while teaching my students and move about the room. If you have foot pain, I highly recommend getting these. I will never go back to any other shoe. Thank you, Brooks!

So very, very disappointed! I have worn Glyerin GTS since 2021 when the Adrenaline proved a disappointment. These were beyond uncomfortable right out of the box with less cushioning than the 21's. The toe box is less roomy and the heel drop is problematic for knees. I purchased 2 pairs: 1 pair in white and 1 pair in black, both size 10. Each pair fit differently, with the black pair fitting tightly and more stiff. How is this possible? Almost $400 after tax and beyond dissatisfied.

Curious as to why anybody would rate a shoe at one star just because it doesn't come in the size that they wear or at least in the color that they're looking for.

At the recommendation of a man who works in a local run shop, I allowed myself to be swayed away from my Brooks loyalty to another brand after 9 years. They felt good in the store, and for the first few miles. Then kicked in ankle pain, and knee pain, and hip pain, and back pain. Ordered these to see if it was the shoe, one run in them and ALL of those aches and pains VANISHED. Never leaving this brand again. The Glycerin 22s specifically are such a comfortable run from foot strike to toe off and everything between, I feel stable and like i'm getting a good rebound from them. Brooks for life!!!!!!

Feels like running on clouds
I like to run a little 5k at least 4 days out of the week, sometimes more depending on mood and time. 7 years in and I'm prone to shin splints (working on my gait). However in these shoes, I can actually tell that is far less likely to happen (it's one of those things where you didn't know until you know).
It feels like running on clouds! I have tried other running shoes and different insoles but they never felt at comfortable as these and I can tell the difference in my knees, shins of course, and even my hips.
After my runs, I usually have to do recovery to make sure I don't "feel it later", but not really with these shoes. A really good stretch and I'm great.
I have tried these shoes for walking a few miles also and they were still good. I do prefer them for runs though, as walking seems like I'm not using them for their full potential. With walking though, they were still very comfortable, and very cloud like.
The shoes give a floating feeling while still feeling balanced and grounded. It also helps that the colors are super cute, so even on the days I don't want to run, I'm motivated. Also, it's cold (20 degrees Fahrenheit) in the mornings when I run, but my feet don't feel cold in these shoes (pre-run) at all.
Can you tell these are my new favorite, go-to run shoes?
