Purchased two pair for my 10 year old daughters for running (twins). They've ran in Adidas, Under Armor, and Nike. This shoe blows every other shoe out of the water. They love these. They run 5k's twice a week with me.

I felt a bit misled because these shoes say they have the "Pwrrun" foam midsole, yet the midsole was stiff and hard as a brick. No give and very little flexing. I have 2 pairs of the adult shoes with Pwrrun and the ride is very plush, which is what I was after?trying to save my 9 yo kid's knees from impact as he is a new runner. These were not even close to matching the ride or quality of the other Saucony shoes I have. Plus-side is the build of the upper and tread were attractive and very sturdy, but since the heart of the shoe is the midsole, I didn't feel these came close to being worth the money paid. Returned and so I was out shipping cost and my time and gas, but other than that return policy was relatively painless (needed to drop off at fedex drop point).
