Caused blisters
These shoes rubbed huge blisters on both my feet. I've never had this problem with Keen shoes before. I love the look of these shoes and had looked forward to having open-toed walking shoes, but am very disappointed in being unable to wear them.

Too narrow
I ordered these as the product description said true to width. Unfortunately they were too narrow, the Velcro straps didn't reach across far enough to fasten! Even if they had fastened the Velcro would have shown and not the blue strap. And they took THREE weekend to arrive, although my card was charged immediately!

SUPER COMFORTABLE
Purchased one pair for wife, she LOVED them, bought 2 more pairs! PLEASE don't screw them up by changing them....."IF IT AIN'T BROKEN DON'T FIX IT"

almost perfect
Love them! Cute, comfy, I would live in them. But, the mildly rough inner sole is irritating by the end of the day. The pattern keeps one's foot from sliding around in there, but by 5 or 6 pm, they have to come off.

UNFORTUNATE DESIGN
I have been using Keen sandals for years for their comfort and durability. Most of their sandals are completely unglamorous filled-in toe. The design of this strappy sandal traps the big toe joint right between the front and middle straps. I don't have enlarged joints, but it was very uncomfortable. Also, the front strap is actully fixed and cannot be adjusted for wider feet.
I was very disappointed and had to return them.

Great shoe but even better customer service!
Great, comfortable water-friendly sandal. And it's pretty darn cute! Even better has been the customer service at Sun & Ski Sports on May Ave. in OKC. They helped me choose the best options for my achy feet, were very patient while I tried on several pairs, and then cheerfully ordered this one for me when they didn't have the size I needed. I've been back several times since! Kudos to Mike, Ally, Troy, Porter, and all their co-workers for consistently excellent customer service!

Good shoe for bunions, boring new colors
I love these sandals, but the new colors are boring. They used to offer them in green, terra cotta, and other nice colors. Why must everything be gray?
Positives: strap placement doesn't rub bunions. Toe strap is far forward to prevent tripping. Great for gardening.

The best sandals ever
I have really bad feet and in most sandals my foot goes crooked and then they look stupid and my long toes hang off the top of the sandal. These fit my bad feet really well and they are really cute too??

Supportive and comfortable
These seemed like they would be very comfortable, and they supported the bottom of my foot nicely. However, I have a high instep, and the Velcro straps were not long enough to comfortably go over the top of my foot so they had to be returned. If you have a high instep, these may not be the right shoes for you, otherwise, I think they would be great.
