Looks and works great, BUT....
Thule makes quality products, however a few big frustrations are:
-A roof rack system (specifically the fit kit didn't become available for my 2022 Honda Civic (one of the best selling cars in the US) until June 2022. I don't understand why they would wait so long to make a new fit kit, especially when the new car models come out the year before. I was putting my bike in the trunk with the seats down for 9 months before the fit kit finally became available. Not a great setup with a bad back and having to bend over in awkward positions.
-They redesigned the shape the rubber foot pads, where they connect to the door clamps. The rubber has squared off edges instead of rounded. This tiny change meant that I had to buy a new set of door clamps for two hundred and fifty dollars, to fit the new style of rubber pads. Completely unnecessary, except a good way for them to take more of your money. Unfortunately they seem to be the only company that has a roof rack for one of the best selling cars in the US, so they can do whatever they want.
