Saris Mag Trainer
Not good... this is my third one in a couple of years. Box was destroyed on arrival and it's even noisier and more grinding than the old one I replaced it with. I'm guessing they sent me a refurbished one. Going to a different company next time.

Wasn't compatible with bike. Terrible service
Terrible customer service. The trainer didn't work with my 20" bike. I paid $100 in return shipping. No refund issued. No response from multiple emails to CS

Great value - works with bolt on rear wheels.
Wasn't sure if it would work on rear wheels that bolt to the frame, but saw a video. Got it quickly- great service. Easy assembly, then put my 6KU Fixie in and it works great. Typical SARIS Quality.

Trainer works great
I've only had this trainer a few months, so don't have a measure of its longevity; however, it feels very solid and I expect to outlast me. I'm not a big fan of trainers in general (I MUCH prefer to ride outside), so I don't intend to ride the trainer a great deal (bad weather, injury recovery, etc). So far, it's worked perfectly: smooth and quiet.

Faulty mag trainer ratchet, won?t hold.
I cannot find a parts list anywhere for the Saris mag trainer. The rest of the unit looks great and works ok. The 9703t Mag remote shifter ratchet won?t hold. I?m told to return whole unit under warranty when a replacement part would do the job fine. Very wasteful.
