Fits everything I need and don't want to store in the car, skis, fly fishing gear, camping gear, dirty boots, jumper cables, you name it. So east to install and remove if wanted. Quite at high speed, dont even know it's on the car. Modern design matches modern cars. Happy this as it is a huge upgrade over the last thule I had (ten years strong though on the last one. Fits factory rails on Outback with ease. Great products

Bought the motion XT XL with Thule Wingbar evo and clamps... Top of the line, $1400, thought I'm getting the best. Severely disappointed. The key doesn't go in smoothly and have to struggle with the key and latch mechanism every time. The box is flimsy and does not open and close smoothly, bending sideways or out of place with the edges. Add cold weather and rain and this thing is a nightmare. For over $1400? Better off with a trailer or just using a rubbermaid tote. Bad overpriced product. Do not buy

Plenty long enough for shower tent, 10x10 canopy and screen walls, camp rockers, camp tables, fly rods, tripods, rifles, shotguns, etc. After those are loaded there's still room for wader bags, kit bags, luggage.

Downside is ease of theft due to Thule 7503B AeroBlade Edge Rails. Just cut the rubber fixing straps and 2 people can easily walk away with x bars and box along with entire content.

Recommend a lift in your garage. I bought a used ATV wench and mounted it along with a few pulleys to the rafters. We can load the box on the floor, raise it, back the SUV under it and lower in onto the x bars. Stores it out of the way as well.

Fits the Mdx 2019.

I actually bought it like 2 months ago and was told it was back ordered and heard from no one. But then I kept calling and finally it arrived. The clips for the claws pops out a bit too easy so I am slightly concerned something might go wrong as we take our trip. Not sure they should pop out that easily. Expected more quality for the price and name Thule (which I thought was the best in class.

We just got our Motion XT and took it up skiing. Was a great box, sleek look & lots of room.

Just returned from a family Christmas break ski trip to the Rocky mountains. Round trip just under 1500 miles in all weather conditions and I couldn't be more confident of the quality of my purchase. I will admit when opening and closing the Thule you get the impression it might a little flimsy but once you shut it and all 3 locks engage it doesn't budge, extremely quiet, and didn't disrupt the gas mileage much at all. I love the size of this cargo box, and the locking system gives you peace of mind that the cargo is secure. It was so nice to travel loaded down with family and have approximately 90% of your luggage outside of the vehicle. The Thule Motion just allowed so much space in the car to relax and enjoy a comfortable cross country trip. If you are in the market for a cargo box, Thule makes a great one.

I came from the sonic and already a die hard thule fan as I have several products.
Biggest difference is the improvement in technology and wind noise. This box barely effects gas mileage and honestly you can barely hear it on top... I have a Q5 and with the sonic the way the roof bars are situated the box pointed to the sky, this is not the case with this one... Very happy, really like the new key and latch system...

I took our new cargo carrier on its first camping trip and it passed with flying colours!

The latch closure system is extremely good on this one. It clicks securely and easily with no fiddling. The box is rigid and has very little flex. Super quiet, I'll drive with my sunroof open and don't even notice that it's there (mounted in AeroBlades).
