Good size and nice fit
I bought this six months ago and it's already broken once in which I had to glue it back together after getting nowhere with customer support. Now one of the clamps is broken and won't click or stay closed for long periods. I definitely would not repurchase this item if I could go back.

2 years of rugged abuse and still holding up
I have this on my Xterra. I have overlanded, thrown snowboards and gear in it, and never had issues. It is sometimes a little difficult to close or open but these are usually due to obstructions. It seems rugged and I have not had issues with the clamps as of yet...they hold firm while 4x4ing. This product is not dust or waterproof but does not claim to be either. I might also mention that it does not seem to hinder or create much worse gas mileage than my SUV already gets and it glides through the wind well, but can be a bit noisy especially if unloaded.

flakey & noisy
the build quality was pretty flakey .. ended up returning and getting Motion XT L, which was worth the extra cost.

Poor Directions
Just purchased, installed easily (as I am leaving on a ski trip in 2 days) but no directions or any information on how to secure multiple pairs of skis inside. Seems to need an adapter that is impossible to find online.

Another Great Thule Product
I use the roof box primarily for car camping trips. I own a small SUV and it keeps the inside of the vehicle clean and clutter free. I can also use it for daily tasks like going to the garden centers. It is small enough that I can add other things like a kayak on the roof top as well. Because of the size, I can maneuver it by myself (110 lbs female). Highly recommend this Thule product.
