?New? Version Sucks
These are the best shorts I?ve ever owned (the old version at least). I have a few pairs. I only wear these shorts - every single day. I thought I should order some new ones?. These ?new? ones are terrible. I hate them. Returning. They got rid of snaps for Velcro. Come on this isn?t good. The fit of the shorts is also way tight. The ONLY thing I thought was an ?upgrade? is the iPhone max sized pocket. Please go back to the old version. So sad.

My new favorite shorts
I absolutely adore these shorts. They fit impeccably, are incredibly durable, and I discovered they dry rapidly as well, which was a pleasant surprise. The phone pocket was my primary reason for being interested in them, and I was thoroughly impressed once I got them.

How about long pants in this style
I have a couple pair of these and would like to have long pants in the same material, etc. The pocket layout is pretty good on these. If the right cargo pocket had the same internal sub pocket as the left one, they would be nearly perfect.

Love the pockets!
I found these shorts in the mens section and was enamored with all the pockets. Then I crossed my fingers in the dressing room hoping they would fit my woman's body. Yay -- these hold so much stuff -- whether I'm hiking, gardening and they are very comfortable. It's a shame the same practicality is not found in the women's version of cargo shorts, but this is what outdoor oriented women encounter all the time with outdoor/work clothing. I'm in the conservation field and lots of women would love these shorts, but can't fit in the sizes available.
