Great item. Made extremely well and the heat distribution is perfect.

Perfect layer for several seasons - outside in the elements and inside where you are attempting to conserve energy. Do not hesitate to add this to your wardrobe. It will spend little time on the hanger.

I bought this in October of 2024. The electrical components went bad mid January. I sent the product back on January 24th with the return label sent to me. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication given on if or when I will be receiving a new or repaired vest with the 1 year electrical warranty. It is a -30 wind chill where I am and it would be nice to have that extra heat.

Vest worked for a few months then the electrical components quit working. I was sent a return label and I sent it back right away. Have not heard anything and it has been weeks since I returned the product. I love the vest, but I am just very disappointed in the turn around for the warranty claim to getting a new vest. It currently feels like -30 where I am and it would be nice to have that extra heat.

Item came like new at a great price, works perfectly and looks amazing on!

My first action heat product and my second heated product with the first being a sweatshirt from another company. Few things about the product?

1) lightweight and comfortable. I love the soft shell and the battery pack is small and light. It's warm when turned on and feels great.

2) I usually wear XL but got a large so I could wear it under something without being bulky. This does make the bottom of the vest a bit tight and because it sits just below the waist it makes getting into a car a little work. So keep that in mind when ordering.

3) battery pack placement in the pocket isn't a great spot. It shares a common pocket, albeit with a small secondary pouch, but it makes the pocket tight for putting a cell phone in or even your hands. A separate pocket would have been preferred.

4) no chest pocket. I wish it had a small zipper pocket on the chest to fit a cell phone or something of similar size.

5) the button to turn the vest on and off is already starting to wear the black "paint" off of the corners of the button and they are now white. For the cost and only having it two weeks I would have hoped it helped up a little better. We will see long term.

So far the vest is great. Never been a vest guy but this was great for watching a two hour football game in the fall.

The vest is nice but the 5v battery don't last long at all. 4hr on low that's it if your lucky. For working outside especially on fire scenes when it's freezing out. would be great if it could last longer than 4hr.

I was very happy with the vest. I have an older base layer shirt that I also like. I was pleased to see that you have upgraded the battery pack. Much thinner and makes it a lot less noticeable when wearing the item.

I bought my husband this vest for Valentine's Day. He wore it that morning when we took our dogs on an early morning walk. He loves it!!
