Spilled lunch In parking lot
Very unhappy with this lunchbox. The past month I’ve been packing a lunch with this lunchbox and several times The latch comes undone spilling my lunch in the parking lot or office. It really doesn’t not hold much. Anything over half full and it comes unlatched spilling it’s contents. Very unhappy. For this price point I should not have any complaints for an item as simple as a lunch box.

Not like a YETI
I am YUGE YETI fan and have many of their products. Bought this for playing golf. I put 3 beers on the bottom, 2 YETI ice packs, and then 3 more beers. I keep the bag in the fridge when I'm not using it and make sure the beer is cold before loading it. After playing 9 holes (2 hours or so the ice pack is almost melted, the beers aren't that cold, and it sweats really bad. Hate to admit it but I am a little disappointed.

Finally an Office Lunch Bag
I have been waiting for a smaller Yeti bag to take lunch daily to the office. Good size for what I need and I like the adjustable size of it. Material is Yeti tough of course, but not overkill. It holds a 1 or 2 lb ice pack fine. I wish they would have at least one zipper pocket somewhere inside or outside, and also a shoulder strap option. In the photos I packed a pyrex container, banana, juice bottle, avocado, fork, salsa (because Texas), and 1 lb yeti ice. It was compact enough to store it pretty re-packed in the fridge overnight.

I know its not a Hopper but...
I own A LOT of Yeti Products and am a huge fan of the brand in general so when this came out i was excited to pick one up. I know its not as insulated as the Hopper coolers but was disapointed with its temp retention. I put 2 of the 2lb Yeti Ice bricks in the bag at 11pm. Theyre melted and the bag is barely cool 7 hours later despite being pre chilled in the fridge for a day and being left in a dark room (I work nights). I know this is just lunch bag but my similar sized no name cooler bag performs much better in the same conditions (both Yeti Bricks are solid in the morning). Plus the bag sweats, which is annoying compared to my old, cheaper cooler bag. I really wanted to love this product but I'm left thinking i shouldve just spent the extra dollars on a Hopper Flip 8 (or stuck with my no name bag). I really like everything about the bag except how it keeps temps. I'd be concerned if i had to leave it in my hot truck for 4 or 5 hours during the day. I didnt expect it to last for days, but was hoping it could at least compete with the cheap chinese cooler bag (thats 1/5 the price). I guess it would be ok if i had a long daily commute and i knew there was a fridge waiting for me at work to put my lunch in, but as it stands, this product is just ok

size and closure
Well, I've now had this lunch bag for 2 months, and I'm still disappointed. I had high hopes since all my other yeti products have been great. The latch is cheesy as all get out, simply hate it. Wish they had used the normal zipper they usually use on their soft bags. The size, could be good, except it doesn't hold much if you want to secure it with the fastner. Honestly, my old luch bag is likely to go back in use, and this one can collect dust as a memory of how not to spend so much on something as simple as a lunch bag in the first place. I guess this is my lesson learned regarding if it seems to expensive, it likely is.

Not worth the Price
I bought this bag 6 months ago.

My lunch consists of a turkey sandwich, an apple or banana, a small container with salad in it and a bottle of water (sometimes some yogurt as well.

When I wake up in the morning I toss the bag in the fridge while getting ready for work so that it's nice and cool when I load up my food and head out.

here are my issues:

1. I usually load up my food a little before 5:30AM and I'm eating between 11-1130 AM. Without the 2lb Yeti Ice this thing DOES NOT keep anything at temperature. My sandwich is always warm and my salad becomes damp and warm (and yes, I'm pulling the strap down as far as possible).

2. With the 2lb Yeti Ice, only items directly on top of it are affected, so if yogurt, water and salad are at the base-sandwich still becomes warm

3. I have to vigorously wash this bag to remove odor. I don't store anything inside after I finish eating except for the salad container which I wash first before placing it back inside. Even after washing and scrubbing with soap the bag continues to smell like a Turkey Sandwich or a banana (I'm using Boars Head Oven Gold Turkey, lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese, and mayo-nothing fancy).

4. Washing the bag is annoying because you have to keep it pried open since the seal is magnetic.

It's a nice looking lunch bag, I love how it folds, it's super durable and it's easy to carry everywhere (I work all over NYC). I just strongly feel I could've been just as "satisfied" with something that would have cost me half the price.

Didn’t keep as cold as I expected for Yeti
I purchased this a few months ago to use when out at the range to store my pumped breast milk as I needed a lunch box to keep it cold for the duration of the day. Since they are small bags 2-3 ounces and I had a 1lb Yeti ice, I was certain this would be perfect for me. However, the first day I went to the range with it we had an air conditioned building that it stayed in for the majority of the day and only was out in the heat for the drive there and back. By the time I got home the milk was barely cool and the Yeti ice completely thawed. I tried it again the next day with an additional ice component and it stayed a bit cooler but was still completely melted and not cold by any means. Definitely wouldn’t survive all day in the heat. Pretty disappointed considering the price tag.

Worst yeti product ever
I have many many yeti products .This bag is the worst . Used it once with yeti ice pack. I put this bag to my cabinet ( room temp) around 7 and came back around noon. The ice was all melted. My sandwich was warm and yeti lunch bag was wet outside. I wish I could return it..

Disappointed with purchase
Not the quality I expected for Yeti and the price. It does not keep my lunch any colder than a grocery bag in my backpack. This lunch bag did not meet the standards I expected. I was hoping this would keep my yogurts reasonably cold along with string cheese. I pack up my lunch around 5-6pm leave it in fridge open for roughly 12 hrs. My lunch at noon is just as cold as my old method the grocery bag. As a teacher it is difficult to convince admin/fire inspector we need fridges to keep lunches cold so when yeti came out with lunch bag I jumped all over it! We own A LOT of yeti products from 3 coolers to endless tumblers, koozie’s and the tundra. All are amazing. I think this bag needs some tweaking

Amazing Product
Purchased 2 weeks ago and was skeptic on the price. But the item works great, I travel for work weekly and constantly packing food that goes bad before I arrive. My ice packs stayed frozen from Arizona to Oklahoma 2.5hr Flight and another 2hr Drive. Works great and looks cool as can be.

Recommend this to all looking for a great lunchbox

Natethegreat - probably hasn't used the product.. The Strap hold tightly with the metal clip sewn into the flap!
